1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
    • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items not eligible for return/exchange include:
    • Products purchased on sale/discount.
    • Customized or made-to-order products.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if defective/damaged).
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.
  4. Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
