At Surat Khajana, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Items not eligible for return/exchange include:
- Products purchased on sale/discount.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if defective/damaged).
- Our team will verify and approve the return request.
- Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect).
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color (if available), please mention it while raising the return request.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order before the item is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a defective or wrong product, Surat Khajana will bear the return shipping cost and issue a replacement/refund.
